No, just bring your Name & Booking Reference to the class and we’ll check you off our attendees list!

This almost never happens, but if it does we’ll contact you via the contact details you gave us when you booked. You will be given a choice between choosing another date or getting your money back.

You get one automatically as part of the booking process. If you buy online we’ll send you a confirmation email that will include a booking reference number. If you buy over the phone or in-person we’ll give you your booking reference at the end of placing your order. You’ll need your booking reference if you want to track the progress of your order using our ticket tracker, so keep it safe.

Yes you can. Full bookings may be cancelled online up to 7 days before the class from your ‘My Bookings’ page. Individual spaces within a booking may be cancelled by contacting us via email, telephone or in-person at least 7 days before the class. We will then issue you a refund through Paypal within 48hrs.

Paypal is the safest way to pay online. To find out the details of Paypal’s protection policies please go to Safety and Security https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security.

Once you have completed the booking form and submitted your payment, you will get an email confirmation from us – please ensure that you enter your email address correctly when booking. Your email confirmation will show details of your booking including: class, date, venue, number of spaces and booking reference.

Many email account providers offer a filter service to protect you from unwanted junk mail or ‘spam’. It is possible that your email confirmation from us has been mistakenly filtered by this service; so if you do not receive email confirmation from us within 48 hours, please check your Junk Mail and/or Deleted Files folders first.

You will also receive a separate payment confirmation email from Paypal.

No, Paypal also allows payment via credit or debit card without registration.

All online bookings are processed through Paypal. We take payments over the phone or in-person at Prufrock Café by credit or debit cards, or Prufrock Coffee gift vouchers. We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard, JCB, Electron, Switch and Solo cards. In-person payments can also be made in cash. We cannot accept payments by cheque or postal order. To redeem a Prufrock Coffee gift voucher, you will need to visit us at Prufrock Café or call us on +44 (0)207 242 0467 as they can not currently be used online.

Booking Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 7 days of the class date, we can’t refund your booking.
