CoffeeMind has been teaching coffee roasting and sensory methodology worldwide for more than a decade and has more than 5 scientific publications on sensory learning and sensory evaluation of coffee roasting. In this presentation, we will talk about the nature of science and how it can sometimes support coffee geeks in getting better control and even boosted creativity but also sometimes mislead coffee geeks into nonsense language and waste of time.
