Here at our Leather Lane cafe, we are on a mission to create and develop delicious and beautiful recipes using exceptional produce, including fruit and vegetables from Natoora, meat from Swaledale, cheese from Neal’s Yard, and coffee from Square Mile Coffee. Curious, knowledgeable and open-minded, we continually evolve and experiment with new ingredients and techniques.
